What is Saleaah?

Saleaah is a Saudi company based in Riyadh that provides cash flow solutions to merchants who sell through food delivery apps, through the Saleaah Network. Its services are expansion solutions, supply on credit, a managed delivery channel and exclusive commission.

What is the Saleaah Network?

The Saleaah Network is the merchants and suppliers who work with Saleaah. Merchants in the network use Saleaah's services, and suppliers are paid in full for every approved order from those merchants.

How is Saleaah financing repaid?

Saleaah deducts the financing from the merchant's next payout from food delivery apps. Settlement comes from the merchant's delivery revenue automatically.

Do I need collateral to use Saleaah?

No other collateral is needed. Saleaah reviews your sales on food delivery apps and deducts the amount from your next payouts from them.

How does Saleaah decide what it can offer me?

Saleaah reviews your sales history on food delivery apps and decides what it can offer you based on it.

Who can join the Saleaah Network?

Restaurants, cafes, kitchens and other merchants who sell through food delivery apps in Saudi Arabia, and the suppliers who supply them.

What do expansion solutions cover?

Expansion solutions cover opening a new branch, buying equipment and other expansion needs.

Can I keep my current suppliers with supply on credit?

Yes. You keep ordering from your supplier as usual; Saleaah pays the supplier directly and your procurement arrives as usual.

What does the managed delivery channel include?

Saleaah runs your food delivery app accounts on your behalf, from onboarding and account setup to daily performance optimization.

Who gets the exclusive commission?

The exclusive commission rates on food delivery apps are available to restaurants and stores that join the Saleaah Network.

How do I join the Saleaah Network?

Fill in the join form on the Saleaah homepage: choose "Merchants & clients", enter your name, mobile number, merchant name, city, number of branches and the services you need, and the Saleaah team will contact you.

What is Saleaah's background?

Saleaah started in 2025 with Saleaah Supply, which has operated since January 2025, served more than 400 restaurant clients across 510 branches and fulfilled more than 10,000 orders. Saleaah's team has backgrounds in banking, F&B operations, supply chain and food delivery app technology.

How does Saleaah pay suppliers?

Saleaah pays the supplier directly, in full, for every approved invoice from merchants in the Saleaah Network.

Does the supplier carry the merchant's credit?

No. Saleaah pays every approved invoice in full, so the supplier does not carry the merchant's credit.

How is a merchant's order approved?

The supplier sends the merchant's name and the order amount to Saleaah, and Saleaah approves or declines it based on the merchant's balance.

Does anything change in the supplier's operations?

No. Merchants keep ordering through the supplier's existing channels and accounts, and service and delivery stay as they are.

How does a supplier join the Saleaah Network?

Choose "Suppliers & partners" in the join form on the Saleaah homepage, send your name, mobile number, company name and what you supply, and the Saleaah team will contact you.
